I'm Amanda, the Founder of ZenHiring.
I've been recruiting for High Growth Silicon Valley Tech Start Ups for almost a decade now. My passion is in helping match candidates with teams that allow them to do their best work.

I got my start in recruiting at a contingency agency called Workbridge Associates. I specialized in Automation Engineers and Data Scientists running full cycle recruiting.

I joined HIRED and Triplebyte early on and helped them build the talent platform. I've worked with over 3,000 engineers, PMs, and designers and hundreds of Silicon Valley High Growth Companies looking to find top engineering and product talent.

For the past couple of years, I've built the internal talent acquisition functions and teams at Side, Inc (Series C real estate tech start up) recruiting across all business and engineering functions and scaling the company by double and SimplyInsured (Series A health insurance tech start up).

Hourly Rate of $70/hr (best for setting up recruiting infrastructure and keeping costs per hire low)

Contingency Rate at 20% of first year's salary (best for 1 or 2 niche searches)
